Upcoming Firm News: CLE Presentation to Minnesota Lawyers at Probate and Trust Conference

I have been asked to join the faculty for the 2026 Probate & Trust Law Section Conference on June 8th and 9th. Hosted by Minnesota Continuing Legal Education (MNCLE), I will be presenting on Powers of Attorney (POAs) and Delegation of Parental Authority (DOPAs) for Immigrants in Our Community, along with my co-presenter, Miluska L. Novota. I’m excited to attend my practice area’s biggest annual conference and catch up with old friends and colleagues while learning more.
